BDAA - School Committee Election of Officers

Officers to be elected shall be a chair and a vice-chair.  The newly elected officers will take office at the end of the annual organizational meeting and will be in office until their replacements are duly elected.  In the event of inability to continue in office for any reason, the Franklin School Committee, at the next regularly scheduled meeting, will elect one of the members to the vacant office for the remainder of the term of that office.

The Superintendent shall serve as the chair pro-tem at the organizational meeting following an election for the purposes of electing a chair.
