This commitment is an integral part of our comprehensive efforts to promote learning, and to prevent and eliminate all forms of bullying, harassment, discrimination and other harmful and disruptive behavior that can impede the learning process.

  • Title IX Investigative Training Based on the Updated Bullying Plan, and Civil Rights/Title IX Grievance Procedures.  Training held: September 12, 2022
 
  • Bullying, Harassment Investigation Essentials, and Title IX Regulations.  Training held: January 25, 2022.  Comprehensive Training for Title IX Coordinators, Administrators, and Relevant Personnel Provided by: Betina Toner, Esq., Murphy, Lamere & Murphy, P.C. Training Presentation PDF
 
  • FPS Annual Mandated Training includes Discrimination & Harassment.  Training Held: Completed annually by October 1st.  Mandated by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) requiring all employees to participate to ensure all employees know their rights and responsibilities (re: Policies AC–Non-Discrimination/Harassment, ACAB–Harassment Including Sexual Harassment.
How do I report an incident of possible sexual harassment or gender bias?
If you wish to report a gender bias concern or simply have a question, please contact your building principal or the Title IX Coordinator.
