Attendance Areas

Attendance areas for the various schools of the town will be developed by the Superintendent or his/her designee subject to the approval of the School Committee prior to implementation.  The primary considerations which govern the establishment of a school attendance area are school capacity, transportation and financial considerations.  Students will attend the school in the attendance area in which they live; however, the Superintendent or his/her designee is authorized to make exceptions to attendance lines for individual children in the best interest of the student and/or the school.
