Support Staff Contracts and Compensation Plans 

The master Collective Bargaining Agreements with support staff units will be considered appendices to this manual and will have the full force of Franklin School Committee policy.

The range of pay for personnel not covered by collective bargaining agreements will be established by guidelines set by the School Committee and assigned by the Superintendent.
