SADD

Description:

Franklin High School has an active SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) Chapter. SADD organized various community awareness campaigns throughout the school year including hosting speakers, substance free events, and educational campaigns. SADD annually organizes the Mock Crash during prom and graduation season and the Walk of Tears; the goals of both events are to raise awareness about the dangers or drinking and using drugs as well as to encourage students to make safe, healthy decisions. SADD also works with and supports the Town of Franklin's Substance Abuse Task Force
