PLEASE NOTE-DURING THE CORONAVIRUS SCHOOL CLOSURE, (WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL MAY 4th) WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SEND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR TRANCRIPT TO THE LOCATION YOU LIST ON YOUR ALUMNI TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM. A HARD COPY CAN BE SENT ONCE SCHOOL IS BACK IN SESSION. HOWEVER, SOME TRANSCRIPTS ARE KEPT ON FILE IN THE SCHOOL BUILDING ONLY, SO WE MAY NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE UNTIL SCHOOL RESUMES. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. Please email your request; do not fax or mail. We are not able to access the building to pick up faxes or mail.
How to Request a Copy of your Official Transcript:

Print out the form out and fill in your details.
When completed, email Ivy Patten at email@example.com; or fax to (508)-613-1510 attn: Ivy Patten; or mail to Franklin High School, 218 Oak Street, Franklin, MA 02038 Attn: Ivy Patten. You may also drop off the completed Alumni Transcript Request Form at the Franklin High School Main Office.
Please allow at least one week for your request to be processed. Currently there is no charge for this service..
All Official Transcripts will be placed in a sealed envelope.
