Alumni Transcript Request

• WE DO NOT KEEP COPIES OF DIPLOMAS!!! Your graduation date is printed on your official transcript
• Current Students can obtain a copy of their transcript in the Guidance Office from the Secretary or their Counselor.
• Anyone needing a school transcript in order to obtain you RMV learner's permit please CLICK HERE

How to Request a Copy of your Official FHS Transcript:

• Please list,on the form, where you would like your transcript sent (home address, name of school or employer and their address, email address, or any combination of these)
• Transcripts can be picked up, mailed and/or emailed. 
• Please allow at least one week for your request to be processed  During busy times, like graduation week in early June or start of school year at the end of August, there may be a delay in getting your request processed.
• Currently there is no charge for this service
• All Official Transcript hard copies will be placed in a sealed envelope.
