About Us

Welcome to ECDC! Franklin residents who are between 3 and 5 years old are eligible to participate in the F.X O’Regan Early Childhood Development Center (ECDC) integrated preschool program. Our early childhood program features low student-teacher ratios and highly qualified public school early childhood and special education teachers and support staff. We strive to provide a smooth transition through open communication between adults and educators.
