Titan Food Service Information

TITAN FOOD SERVICE INFORMATION

Franklin Food Service is excited to announce that we will be utilizing a new School Nutrition Software Program this year. Titan School Solutions Family Portal (https://family.titank12.com/) will enable families to access and manage your students’ accounts from one site. You will be able to:

 Make online payments to your child(ren)’s cafeteria account(s)

 Remotely monitor your child(ren)’s cafeteria purchases and account transactions

 Set up automatic, recurring payments

 Set up low account balance email or text alerts

 View your child(ren)’s available lunch balance(s)

 Transfer funds between your children’s accounts

 Submit an online application for free and reduced meals

Myschoolbucks has been discontinued so you are no longer able to make payments with your old account, however, all of your student’s balance information has been transferred to Titan. It is easy to set up a new account with Titan.  Click HERE.

Online payments and online applications for Free or Reduced Meals can be submitted via Titan’s Family Portal, and we will continue to accept cash or checks payable to Franklin School Lunch at any of our cafeteria registers.

Titan also has a free app (TITAN Family Connect) that is available for Apple and Android devices.
