Facilities Assessment Report

Updated on December 1, 2020, with the following changes:

1. Updated terminology to use "Functional Capacity" consistently throughout the narrative.
2. Updated Keller Elementary Graph on page 11.
3. Pages 47-52: Functional Capacity, Current Enrollment, and Projected Enrollment at middle schools were inaccurately copied from corresponding elementary schools.  Utilization percentages are the same as previously reported.
